Jennifer Lester

Jennifer Lester

Senior Executive Director

Jennifer Lester is the executive director at Sage Spring Senior Living and has been with the community since its opening. She has worked in the senior living industry for almost two decades. She has experience in team building, training and business operations. Before she worked in senior living, she was a curriculum coordinator at an early childhood development center. Jennifer developed an understanding of working with families and empathy for those who cannot make decisions for themselves. She is a Certified Assisted Living Manager, a Certified Director of Senior Living, a Certified Dementia Practitioner, and a Certified Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care Trainer. Jennifer is passionate about helping families navigate senior living communities and finding the perfect home for their loved ones. 

In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family at the beach.

Lisa McGuire

Director of Sales and Marketing

Lisa McGuire joins Sage Spring as the director of Sales and Marketing with 27 years of experience. She has spent the last several years working in San Antonio, Lubbock, Albuquerque and Santa Fe. While Lisa’s degree is in biology, she quickly realized that her true passion is working with seniors. After volunteering in a nursing home 27 years ago, she continued to develop her love for senior living through various positions in the industry. 

Lisa has a daughter who lives in Los Angeles and works as a publicist for HBO and a son who will graduate from St. John Paul II Catholic High School this spring.  

Bianca Vasquez

Bianca Vasquez, LVN

Resident Care Director

Bianca Vasquez serves as the Resident Care director at Sage Spring Senior Living. She has worked in the senior living industry for over a decade. After attending nursing school and receiving her LVN certification, Bianca worked as the director of resident care at an assisted living and memory care community for several years. She discovered her passion for taking care of patients with dementia and helping families navigate the challenges their loved ones are experiencing.

Tabatha Hastings

Generations Program Director

Tabatha Hastings serves as the Generations program director at Sage Spring Senior Living. She has over a decade of experience working in the senior living industry. She started her career as a private caregiver, then obtained her CNA license and basics at Victoria College. She worked on the administrative and clinical sides in the rehab, skilled nursing, dementia care, home health, palliative and hospice care areas. She discovered her passion for helping and taking care of seniors when she was an adolescent by volunteering at nursing homes and helping take care of her grandmother. Tabatha knows her calling is to help provide care to patients with dementia and be a resource to families and the senior community. 

In her spare time, Tabatha can be found spending time with her family on their ranch. She enjoys cooking, hosting events, working in her flower bed and garden, taking care of their farm animals, and especially cheering on her kids at all their extracurricular activities. 

Porschee Bradley

Porschee Bradley

Senior Vibrant Life® Director

Porschee Bradley is the Vibrant Life® director at Sage Spring Senior Living. She has over two decades of experience in the senior living industry. Porschee is from San Diego and moved to Texas in 2001. She began her career as a nurse; but later in her journey, she discovered her passion for bringing joy to her residents and shifted her focus to activities. Porschee’s enthusiasm and energy motivate residents to get involved in events. 

Outside of work, Porschee enjoys spending time with her family and Yorkie, Max.  


James Mason

James Mason

Senior Building Services Director

James Mason, Building Services Coordinator for Sage Spring Senior Living, began his career in the building industry. He spent 10 years leading multiple field crews, and seven years as the vice president of Development for Landmark Surveying, where he led all private sector commercial and residential development. During this time, he developed a land surveying student organization, and helped teach para-professional classes in geomatics and land law at the local college. Two years ago, James brought his expertise in building management to the senior living industry because of his own personal family experience with dementia and Alzheimer’s.

He believes the heartbeat, cleanliness, and ambience of a community is critical to the wellness and wellbeing of our residents’ lives. James starts each day wanting to make a difference in people’s lives.

Jessica Salinas

Jessica Salinas

Senior Business Office Director

Working with Seniors has always been one of Jessica Salina's passions. She joins us at Sage Spring Senior Living with five years of experience working in senior living communities. She thrives in being the administrative support for not only our residents, but for the family members and staff as well. Jessica enjoys building relationships with everyone in the community, and is always ready to take on anything that comes her way.

Iris Ytuarte

Iris Ytuarte

Culinary Services Director

Chef Iris Ytuarte, the Culinary Services director at Sage Spring Senior Living, recently joined our team after spending most of her career working in the hospitality and restaurant industry. Chef Iris loves the atmosphere and comfort of working with seniors, and she’s looking forward to connecting further with the community through food demos, culinary activities or even just a chat! 

Cooking has been Iris’ passion ever since she was a toddler, and this Julia Child quote is one of her favorites: “People who love to eat are always the best people.”
